We have a range of flexible delivery options to suit everyone. Details of our delivery options are below.

Delivery Options:
Basket value between £0.01 and £50 inc VAT = £7.80 inc VAT to UK mainland.
Basket value between £50.01 and £89.99 inc VAT = £3.90 inc VAT to UK mainland.
Basket value above £90.00 inc VAT = FREE delivery to UK mainland.
Exemptions apply for some oversized items and some geographic locations.
Additional charges apply for some regions. See below.

Delivery Schedules:
In stock items - Despatched on a same working day basis if ordered before 2pm for next day delivery. Exemptions apply for Highlands & Islands.
Out of stock items - Despatched on a 4-7 working day basis if ordered before 2pm
Exemptions apply for some oversized items.
Longer delivery schedules apply for some regions. See below.

Oversized Items:
Some larger items, including Wydale pellet Feeders, carry a delivery charge based upon their weight of between £30 - £45 inc VAT. This is due to the charges Abbeydale Direct incur to ship them.

Regional Exemptions:

Highlands and Islands Deliveries
We understand that a number of our customers rely on us to deliver goods to the Scottish Highlands and to the many islands that surround the UK. Our Highlands and Islands delivery service costs £20.00 inc VAT (£16.66 + VAT) to UK addresses including but not limited to, the Isle of Man, Isle of White, Isle of Skye, North Uist, South Uist, Orkney, The Shetland Isles, Lewis and Harris, The Isle of Mull and the Isle of Arran. Deliveries to Highlands and Islands are only available on a 2-3 working day service for in stock products. While every attempt is made to despatch your order promptly Abbeydale Direct cannot guarantee this delivery schedule for Highlands and Islands deliveries.

Heavy or oversized items may carry an additional delivery charge additional to Highland and Islands delivery.

It is incumbent on customers who require delivery to the below postcode areas to select the correct delivery option at checkout. Abbeydale Direct reserves the right to require and request additional payment to cover any shortfall. Abbeydale Direct will contact the customer asap and request additional payment. Abbeydale Direct reserves the right to cancel and refund an order if the incorrect delivery charge is applied.

Northern Ireland Delivery
Our Northern Ireland delivery service is charged at £20.00 (£16.66 + VAT) and includes any address with a Northern Irish postcode. Delivery times are based on a 5-7 working day service. Next day delivery to Northern Ireland is available on in stock items, however additional delivery charges are applied. If you require a next day delivery to Northern Ireland, please contact us for details.

International Delivery
As well as being able to deliver to UK addresses, we can also deliver to international addresses. Our international delivery charges are calculated on an individual basis. If you wish to take advantage of our international delivery, please contact us either by email, or on 0044 1335 347788.

Unfortunately some items, including larger pellet feeders, cannot be delivered outside of UK mainland.

Additional Duties and VAT charges may apply to EU and International Deliveries
Deliveries to some territories may incur additional duties and different VAT charges, which may be applied on arrival. This is out of control of Abbeydale Direct, and we are unable to indicate what these charges may be.

Duty is normally charged as a percentage of your order value. The percentage varies depending on a number of factors, including the type of goods and any trade agreements between the country of export and the country of import. We normally expect duty charges to be between 5% and 10% although you will need to check with your country's trade tariffs to be sure.

*Next Working Day Terms and Conditions

Cut off for next working day delivery is 2pm weekdays. Orders received after 2pm will be despatched the following working day. Excludes palletised items. Next day service is not available to Highlands or Islands. Next day delivery is subject to items being readily available and in stock. In rare circumstances, external factors can impact delivery timescales, including traffic conditions, address limitations and severe weather. Abbeydale Direct accepts no liability whatsoever for failed deliveries and any resultant loss. Next working day despatch does not include either weekend or UK bank holidays.
