Order Acceptance

Goods are supplied on the condition that the purchaser has read and fully accepted our Terms of Trading as detailed below. The placing of an order is deemed as confirmation that the customer has accepted our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Reservation of Title

Goods remain the property of Abbeydale Direct (A division of Cornerstone Supplies Ltd) until all monies have been paid in full.

Price

All goods are subject to VAT at the appropriate rate. Prices are subject to alteration without prior notification. Prices and descriptions are believed to be correct at the time of publication, but the company accepts no liability for errors in descriptions or pricing.

Age Restricted Items

Some items including bladed tools or cattle coaxers are age restricted. Customers purchasing these items must be over 18 years of age at the time of order completion to purchase these items, and may be asked for age verification either before despatch or at point of delivery. Abbeydale Direct accepts no responsibility for the misuse of these items.

Delivery

Wherever possible goods are despatched on a same working day service if ordered before 2pm (GMT) for in stock items. Out of stock items are despatched on a 4-7 working day service. This excludes Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands, EU and Worldwide deliveries. The above timescales are not guaranteed, but we endeavour to notify all customers throughout the delivery process wherever possible.
