Dr Larson's easy to use dehorning paste which is part of the complete livestock dehorning range, contains Potassium and Calcium Hydroxide which inhibits horn growth and is applied with an easy to use syringe. This high quality product is designed by a veterinarian in the USA for ease of use and effective dehorning (debudding).
Calves can be dehorned from an early age quickly and humanely. Best results obtained when applied 1-7 days old, however may be applied up to 8 weeks old.
Each syringe treats 30-40 calves.
